Contest: Submit a drawing, sculpture or other art form showing how you celebrate our clean Portsmouth or submit your idea for a project showing how you celebrate our clean Portsmouth

Contest Drawing at 1pm @ the Brown House.

Entries will be judged by 3 different age groups.
