Rhode Island and America Recycles Day - 2022

November 15, 2022 was America Recycles Day and to celebrate Keep Blackstone Valley Beautiful worked with First Lady Susan McKee and RI Resource Recovery Corp. to bring awareness to proper recycling.

One big problem we currently have in Rhode Island is plastic bags and plastic film in our curbside recycling. We hope this short video will remind everyone this type of plastic -- film and bags -- are not accepted in the curbside collection.
